Nicola Brooks took on the trolls

The fuss started when the trolls had sent offensive messages to Nicola Brookes, who decided to go to court after Facebook had refused to provide data on those responsible.
The trolls are users of Internet services that seek to generate controversy and clashes in the web feed being a very controversial figure, which affects the normal functioning of social networks, blogs and forums.
One factor fueling the emergence of trolls and slowing their detention is that people does not usually know their identity. This problem has been one of the causes that have persuaded Nicola Brookes, a Facebook user, go to court.
According to various sources, Brookes was attacked after raising voive agaisnt the trolls after posting a message in support of a contestant of a reallity television.
The trolls decided to undertake a campaign against him for the message and launched a wide campaign of defamation on Brookes. Through Facebook, trolls posted all sorts of offensive messages against her, accusing her of pederast
and insulting in several messages.
The situation became even more disturbing when the trolls created a fake profile that mimicked the Brookes. Through this profile published information that defamed and sent messages to other profiles on your behalf, including sending
to minors.
Before these attacks, Brookes contacted Facebook to request that detuviesen actions against him. However, Facebook said that their service is cannot help him in this regard. Given the response from Facebook, Brookes decided to
go to court.
The UK High Court has spoken in favour of Nicola Brookes and has asked the social network’s management to provide him data access of trolls, who made the messages against Brookes and responsible for creating the fake profile.
