New iOS has more applications and features for iPad than the previous versions – Part 2

The new iPad is a 4G LTE enabled device which means the app will work faster on cellular service when there is no WiFi around. So the complaints about Siri being unresponsive most of the time will change the course.
iPad is more of a household device with less mobile utility than iPhone. Therefore, it can be expected that Siri will help make the tablet a hands-free device around the house where the user will be able to run more applications and search more queries without reaching for the slate.
The only hurdle in this function is the voice command button that has to be pressed every time the user wants to say something to the flamboyant voice assistant. There might be some solution in order via Bluetooth or maybe Apple will allow the voice command button to act automatically. For example, the app might be activated by saying ‘Siri’ distinctively.
Moreover, Siri can come handy in increasing the efficiency of Apple’s new navigation app called Maps. The turn-by-turn nav-app is Apple’s step toward breaking Google Maps’ monopoly. It has been rumoured that the new iOS will not include Google Maps.
However, Maps with Siri might be the ultimate solution to bring easy navigation in the reach of an average user-slash-driver.
Apple further announced that the upcoming iOS has the media file uploading software integrated. Typing and uploading text on an iPad is a piece of cake, especially on the go. However, uploading pictures and other media files on the web has always been a tough job. Apple said the new iOS makes the media upload same easy as uploading text.
With the new iOS now in order for release, one can only have expectations until it reaches the actual devices.
