Samsung Galaxy SIII – The new king of Android

Samsung unveiled their hotly anticipated phone in May and it has truly become one of the most in-demand devices on the planet, threatening to oust Apple clear out of the market.

With a quad-core processor, an improved 8-Mega Pixel camera plus a host of nifty features, the SIII has enough fire power to dazzle all of its opponents, not that that there are many.

HTC One X is perhaps the closest any phone came to matching the notoriously high standard of the Galaxy line, but in the end the Sense UI, a lower grade camera alongside a difficult-to-hold design caused sales to eventually throttle down.

Sammy on the other hand have been breaking all records with their new flagship device, selling phone after phone like hot cakes. The vastly improved interface makes scrolling a breeze and one of the most iconic features of the phone is the brightness monitor,
which detects whether you are looking at the phone or not and then adjusts the display accordingly.

As a test of the processor’s power, Samsung have added a video pop-up feature that allows you to view videos while tackling functionality on the handset.

Nearly all the reviews are favouring the SIII, which looks set to dominate the smart phone market this year unless Apple have something special up their sleeves.
