Asjad Iqbal books semi-final spot beating Sultan Mohammad in 3rd Ranking Snooker

Recently, the lower seeded Asjad Iqbal dominated over the top seed Sultan Mohammad by the score line of 5-0 to book his semi-final berth.
Winner of the National Bank of Pakistan Second National Ranking Snooker Championship performed outstandingly in the round robin formatted group matches and made his way into the quarter-final stage where he was up against the talented Mohammad.
Match was one of the toughest because both cuemen were in good shape. They had played against each other before and knew the strengths and weaknesses they possessed. However, Mohammad, despite being the favourite in the match, failed to impress the audience and his followers in the quarter-final against Iqbal and tumbled down with a whitewash defeat.
Iqbal also displayed classy snooker skills and was looking pretty confident against Mohammad because of his recent form in the group matches. He did not let his opponent get any chances to overpower him during the game. He put a lot of pressure on his opponent from the start of the match with his amazing potting genius. Iqbal countered timely to win the first frame and lead the match by 1-0.
The Sargodhian potter swept the table in no time to win the second frame by the score line of 98-1. Mohammad could pot only one red ball on his turn in the second set. The Punjabi cueman clinched the third frame with scintillating game by the score line of 110-0 followed by two more frame wins which trashed Mohammad out of the tournament.
