Karachi unrest: twin grenade attack leaves on dead and 4 injured

Karachi: (Wednesday, June 27, 2012) As the poor law and order situation in Karachi continues, one more person was killed while four others were injured in hand grenade attacks in different parts of the city.

According to details, one of the hand grenade attack was reported in the Agra Taj Colony of Lyari, while the second one was reported in Dalmia area.

A female passerby was killed in Lyari attack while another person was injured, whereas three people were injured in a similar attack in Dalmia.

After the sad incidents, heavy contingents of police were placed at both the areas while the injured and deceased were rushed to the hospitals.

The attack left the city rife with fear and tension and business and shops were shut down after unidentified men resorted to aerial firing.
