Gujranwala: (Thursday, July 05, 2012) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said here today that after reopening of the NATO supply routes to Afghanistan, the legislators have lost the right to sit inside the parliament
house.
Khan said this while addressing a rally against loadshedding and power crisis and against reopening of the NATO supply route in Gujranwala.
Chairman PTI was of the view that the government gave no regard even to a single point of the resolution passed in the parliament on new terms of engagement with the US and reopened the NATO supply route. He shouted, “Shame on
you”.
Imran further said that the loot and plunder of peoples’ wealth by the politicians, coupled with electricity theft has set the country on path of destruction.
He said that the rulers have their accounts in foreign countries and that his party, through its actions, will not allow them to leave the country. He said, “We will get the people’s money out of their pockets and bring them to
justice.”
Imran, at the end of his speech, said that even youth, through elections, can become the PTI leaders.
