At last it is time to lay your hands on the screen itself. First remove the ten screws that attach to it to the chassis. There are three screws on each side one on the top and bottom corners.

After completely disconnecting the screen from the casing insert a sharp tool between the screen and metal frame. Now carefully pry loose the screen. If the glass of the screen is broken, please, be careful not to hurt yourself.

As you remove the screen, carefully thread the screen and LCD cables from the frame.

Bring in the new screen and remove the plastic covering at its back, if there is any. Insert it back into the chassis, carefully threading in the LCD and screen cables through the hole in the frame. Make sure that the cable duo is not twisted or crimped. Gently press the panel onto the frame and secure it with the appropriate screws and washers.

Now repeat the abovementioned process in reverse order. First, put back in the vibration motor and speaker assembly, then the motherboard, rear camera, motherboard shields, battery and then back cover.

DO NOT miss on any screws and cables while working your way back.

The process is not so tough but needs extreme caution and attention. Note every move and do not miss on any step.
