Blast near Chinese consulate in Karachi leaves 2 injured

resorted to targeted bomb blasts.
In one such incident, as a planted bomb outside the Chinese Consulate exploded, it rendered two, including a Ranger office, injured.
According to security officials, the remote-controlled bomb was planted outside the Chinese Consulate. Besides two injured, the bomb also damaged a car and three motorbikes. The injured were later on shifted to hospital.
Initial investigative reports suggest that the bomb was planted in a motorcycle.
Immediately after the incident, police and the rescue teams reached the spot while security forces have already kicked off with investigations.
