Ch Nisar not satisfied with Judges Remarks

Court Bill. Nisar, while addressing the media personnel here today asked as to how 90 lawmakers could stop a bill in a house of 324 members.
Adding to his remarks, Nisar asked that what options the opposition members could have at the time of contempt of law was being passed. He said, “Should the opposition snatch the bill from ministers hand and tear it apart or resort
to adopting a violent behaniour?”
He claimed that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) opposed the bill at every forum and raised protests against it. He said, “Our members kept delivering speeches, raised voice and protest against the bill.”
The leader of the opposition was of the view that the judges should have pin pointed the mistake of the opposition. He further said that a walk out is considered to be an extreme expression of showing opposition in Parliamentary
practices.
“In civilized countries if an opposition stages a walkout, the government abandons that legislation.”
