Fake visa scandal: British immigration not to trust FIA investigation

Lahore: (Friday, July 27, 2012) British immigration, that has been independently has been independently probing into the visa scandal issue, has dismissed the FIA investigation of the Olympic visa scandal.
According to details, the British Immigration Liaison Manager for Gulf, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan has sent a formal reply in which he has dismissed the FIA probe findings into the matter.
The sources sharing this information further said that the reply submitted by British High Commission shows that the claim made by Pakistani authorities regarding Muhammad Ali Asad is not true.
Maintaining its point, the British Immigration Liaison Manager wrote that the real Muhammad Ali Asad is a reporter for ‘The Sun’ who travelled to Pakistan and gave the story regarding NADRA and the passport office.
He maintained that the Muhammad Ali Asad mentioned by FIA officials and who had a fake passport was given two year visa in 2002 which finished in 2004, but he is still in the UK.

This message to the UK immigration I am the witness of Asad who I knew through his first cozen in UK I am not going to mention who but let me clear one thing here Asad actually fraud with the UK immigration and lied that he was born in Shaiwal Pakistan whereas he was born in Lahore Pakistan. He came on study visa in 2002 but when Mr. Asad applied for the asylum in the UK he never provided previous documents on which he traveled and what type of visa he had when he travelled from Pakistan I know for fact in order to get the British nationality whether you have to have solid grounds I don’t want to go in to details I know quite a lot people living illegal in the UK and immigration also is aware of those people I think British immigration needs to look in to their weaknesses before pointing fingers on others If I get chance to come to UK I bet you any money I will be able to caught thousands of illegal people in the UK Asad is one of the biggest fraud who played with the UK immigration and lied about his previous status, whereas UK immigration says “Asylum is protection given by a country to someone who is fleeing persecution in their own country. It is given under the 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees. To be recognized as a refugee, “you must have left your country and be unable to go back because you have a well-founded fear of persecution” In Asad case he applied political asylum then why Asad flew back to Pakistan to get this story for the “Sun”? Please look in to these facts and figures rah then blame each other authorities. Thanks
