In the Sent Items menu, you can choose from a number options from the pop-up menu with different commands like sending an e-mail to the contact, scheduling a cleanup, finding all e-mails from the sender, moving those messages, or deleting them completely.
This menu is not customizable as it is not categorized as an Instant Actions option. However, it works the same good as the instant actions menu.
Junk Mail (Spam)
As you drive along the road, there will be a time when you are going to attract spam on your email address. Spam is one of the nagging problems to the email services. Microsoft has always taken the spam matter seriously. This time around, the management has been widened to prompt reporting and in-depth filtering.
You can always block the spam email from the inbox. There are two options, move them to junk mail box or delete them at receipt. However, Outlook probes deeper into the problem with more options.
There are three options for the user to check and delete the spam mail. Mark the message as junk, report a phishing scam, or alert Microsoft if you suspect that a friend’s account has been hacked.
