The petition was submitted by the ANF investigation officer in presence of the Brigadier Fahim. In yesterday’s hearing of the case, the court was told that the officials at the ministry of interior were not cooperating vis-à-vis
placing the accused on ECL despite a formal request sent to them about 6 months ago. Knowing this, the court had sought a written complaint in this regard.
Following the court’s orders, the ANF filed the formal petition today and sought placement of the accused including Ali Musa Gilani, Makhdoom Shahbuddin, Rasheed Juma, Khushnood Lashari and others on the ECL, abandoning them from
fleeing abroad.
