Govt announces Eid Holidays from 20-22 August

Islamabad: (Thursday, August 09, 2012) As the Eid approaches, the government announces three holidays for the holly occasion. The official holidays on Eid will span from August 20 to 22.

The announcement about the Eid vacations have been made by the Ministry of Interior here today, in which it was stated that the government will give three officially off days to the employees to celebrate the religious event.

The government employees will be on leave from 18 August (Saturday) onwards.

Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the people planning to travel back to their families, Pakistan Railways has planned to run three special trains on Eid.
