Indian team falls in rankings

The Blue Tigers have fallen down the FIFA rankings ahead of the Nehru Cup.
India has come down to the 168th spot, while Pakistan moved up to 176. Ahead of the prestigious tournament being held in Delhi, the cascade will come as a big blow to the AIFF, who have invested millions into reviving the game in the country.
India are now ranked 32nd among 46 Asian countries with Japan leading the pack at 22nd, followed by Australia (24th), South Korea 29th), Iran (48th) and Uzbekistan (63rd).
