President Zardari confers civil awards on Pakistani citizens and foreign nationals

Islamabad: On the occasion of Independence Day, 14th August, 2012, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, on the advice of the Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, has been pleased to
confer the following Civil Awards on Pakistani citizens and Foreign Nationals for excellence in various fields of activities (for which the investiture ceremony will take place on the coming Pakistan Day, 23rd March.
The names of awards and their total number are as follows: Nishan-i-Imtiaz 07, Hilal-i-Pakistan 01, Hilal-i-Iimtiaz 17, Sitara-i-Pakistan 01, Sitara-i-Shuja’at 03, Sitara-i-Imtiaz 45, President’s Award for Pride of Performance
24, Tamgha-i-Pakistan 01, Tamgha-i-Shuja’at 15, Tamgha-i-Imtiaz 76, Tamgha-i-Quaid-i-Azam 02.
