Qubee Introduces Hassle-Free Environment-Friendly Billing.

Islamabad, August 16: Qubee Pakistan takes pride in being the first to introduce an easy, hassle-free and environment-friendly billing mechanism in Pakistan, which is now replicated in other operations of Qubee abroad.

Qubee and its family of customers have set a tremendous example for environmental protection in Pakistan by the efficient & effective use of contemporary telecommunication tools for its billing & bill collection.

Qubee is Pakistan’s 4th WiMAX operator which has been successfully providing uninterrupted broadband services in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi since July 2010. Today, the broadband service provider is effectively executing its billing cycle (information circulation, collection & record keeping) in a paperless fashion for the past 6 months, thanks to the cooperation of its progressive & loyal customer base.

Noman Shamim, Manager Marketing Communications of Qubee on the occasion said “Nearly 24 trees are consumed to produce 1 ton of paper (depending on the quality & grameage), which when shipped translates into approximate 40 cartons of paper for office / regular consumption. Effective February 1st, 2012, Qubee has been trying to reduce its impact on the environment by limiting paper based wastage.” He went on to say “this is the first step in this direction and we are evaluating other opportunity areas so the same”
