The first instalment of Borderlands released on browsers

Developers, Gearbox Software, have given a sweet surprise to fans of Borderlands by launching a peculiar version of the first game on a web browser.
This is a demake, which basically means that the game was made again, but with an old style, in this case with graphics and gameplay that was seen in 16 bit console games.
The players must face waves of enemies in the latest instalment of the series, which will receive its second part on PC, PS3 and 360 platforms in September.
