Apple calls for the Samsung Mobile withdrawal in the U.S
Tuesday, August 28th, 2012 6:18:30 by Farasat AliApple is in a hurry following the judgment in its favour on Friday regarding the patent trial he faces against his main rivals in the global market of mobile telephony; the Californian Company prompted the withdrawal of eight Samsung mobile.
All of the Galaxy range, compatible with 4G technology mobile phones and marketed by the three major U.S. carriers, AT & T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
Although the jury found that Samsung copied Apple iPhone patents, up to 28 terminals intentionally, and that some of them seemed mobile enough to Apple for confusing consumers, the company that runs Tim Cook only required to be removed from the U.S. market.
Currently, the requirement is saved from the smartphone Galaxy S III which is the bestseller, the South Korean manufacturer went on sale three months ago and it has already sold 10 million units worldwide. However, experts believe that if Apple comes out victorious could add “quickly” to the jewel in the crown of his enemy in the list.
Samsung has already told that they are now ready to battle with “all possible means” to defend their presence in the U.S. market, filing an appeal against the judgment, but without discarding the modification of some of the conflicting devices. The major handset maker in the world is played in this game world leadership.
To achieve its goal, Apple must convince the judge in September of “irreparable damage” that Samsung has caused, because the compensation is insufficient, there is no other possible remedy and action (marketing ban) is not in against the public interest.
