Apple set to unveil iPhone 5
Thursday, September 13th, 2012 7:26:07 by Farasat AliApple monopolizes the media attention again after the California manufacturer unveils the sixth generation of mobile phones this afternoon in San Francisco promising a better device than its predecessor with a more radical design.
China have been trying to make something out of nothing for months to give their user a copy for the gadget that has not officially unveiled by Apple. They are offering a slimmer device but with bigger screen, a plug for the electrical
load reduced and the hypothetical inclusion of several technologies such as NFC contactless payments or a new SIM card.
A mobile finally compatible with fourth-generation mobile networks and LTE will come equipped, that’s for sure. It included the iOS6 operating system, with the virtual assistant Siri in Spanish.
It is also guaranteed that the application will have default applications such as YouTube or Google maps. They presented their video library, currently only for iPhone and iPod Touch, which is now available in the Apple app store.
The new phone, called iPhone 5, replaces the company’s latest model, 4S, after 11 months of the success of its predecessor. In this latest phone, the screen could reach 4 inches compared to 3.5 inches of its predecessor. It would,
in any case, smaller than its direct rival Samsung Galaxy S3.
Although Apple wants court to prevent South Korean manufacturer to sell more phones in the U.S. following a court ruling in their favour, Samsung are continuing with the effort to reach customers outside America.
