Al-Qaeda’s new audio message opposes Malala’s supporters
Tuesday, October 16th, 2012 11:41:46 by Faisal FarooqIn what appeared to be another twist in the already confused saga, Al-Qaeda reportedly released an audio message, criticizing those who extended their support to Malala Yousafzai.
She was shot in the head by Taliban for her brave and courageous views against the militants and support for the girls’ education in Swat. The audio message appeared on http://jihadology.net.
According to the audio tape, Ustad Ahmad Faruq of Al-Qaeda said the ruling class, military leadership, westernized NGOs and secular elements in media are siding with the United States (US).
The audio tape further stated that blood of Malala seems more precious than thousands who died in FATA and Jamia Hafsa (Lal Majid Operation).
It said, “Malala Yousafzai wrote her diaries for BBC according to a deliberate plan and in violation of jihad, Sharia and Purdah.”
The audiotape further questioned secular elements in the country’s media industry that do you speak up only when told to by the US embassy or ISPR?
It mentioned torturing of Baloch teachers in the ISI prisons and Dr Shazia’s rape case, asking secular elements in media why they dint speak for that.
Faruq also raised a question why didn’t NGOs that take money from America for women’s rights say anything about Jamia Hafsa’s dead students. “Weren’t they human being”, he asked.
He said those who are talking about Malala why they didn’t speak when rockets were rained down on innocent girls of Jamia Hafsa and Lal Masjid.
The audio message said those who are now clamoring for Malala Yousufzai, where were they when Aafia Siddiqi was handed to the Americans by the security agencies.
Ustad Ahmad Faruq in the audio recording claimed that American generals have found an issue in Malala’s attack to hide their failures.
This alleged audio tape appeared on the surface when one segment of the society is demanding an action against Taliban while the other side is opposing the idea of military offensive in the lawless region.
