Ari Januari stuns Khuznulkharim in Men’s Singles first round at Flypower Bali Open 2012

Indonesia’s talented player Ari Januari penetrated into Men’s Singles second round after defeating his country-mate Khuznulkharim in first round at Djarum Sirnas Flypower Bali Open 2012 in Indonesia, on Monday, November 5.

Ari was in remarkable form on court as he was in superb form and managed to thrash his rival in a completely dominating fashion while taking just 25 minutes of the court time.

The in-form Ari was in superb form on court and managed to stamp his mark on his compatriot in a dominating fashion in straight games with a stunning margin on the board.

In the meanwhile, Khuznulkharim remained unable to show a strong character as he failed to play attacking badminton and lost the match without showing his strong skills on court.

Ari performed extremely well from the starting rallies of first game as he played with remarkable speed and took over the control of the game.

The hard-to-learn variations in Ari’s strokes helped him to continue his domination against his challenger in the arena.

Until the end of first part of first set, the in-form Ari attained a strong position on board by setting up a sufficient gap.

Khuznulkharim tried to put up strong resistance but could not take charge of the game and remained trailing in the ending half.

Ari continued hitting powerful smashes in targeted areas and eventually took the opening game with a superb margin of 21-12.

Ari did not lose his supremacy at any stage in the starting part of second set as he played with control and aggression.

The powerful smashes and wonderful net play kept Ari ahead of his challenger all the way until the end of first half in second set.

Until the mid-game interval, it was the in-form Ari who again took a staggering lead without sparing any chance for his rival to get closer.

In the ending part of second game, the impressive Ari continued his smooth sailing and easily grabbed the second set by a stunning score of 21-13.

The impressive Ari ended up the opening round clash in straight games with a 21-12 and 21-13 score on the board.
