Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 11:36:15 by Web DeskRuling out any chance of alliance with former President Pakistan Pervez Musharraf, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said that no alliance will be made with past dictators before or after the upcoming elections.
Expressing the post-election policies of his party in an interview with a private TV channel, the cricketer turned politician said that PTI is not the party of families like other in Pakistan. He expressed gratitude over positive statements by Pervez Musharraf about him but denied any likelihood of having a coalition with APML in future.
It is to be mentioned here that earlier former Chief of Army Staff (COAS) gave a hint on the possibility of building an alliance with PTI after the elections.
Commenting on other issues, he said that Pakistan was passing through the worst crises of its history due to corrupt and incapable leaders. The elite class, he alleged, has laid down the policies, from time to time, for their own vested interest and to capture maximum resources of the country.
Imran Khan said PTI had come with a clear vision to put the country back on track and had come with national policies on energy, economy, devolution of power to the gross root level and health providing practical solutions to the problems.
He said that intra-party elections had made PTI a true democratic political party of the country. These elections, he hoped, will go a long way in providing a true and mature leadership to the nation.
The former captain said that KP was a war torn and most affected region and inhabitants of the province needs special attention for the restoration of their socio-economic life. He promised that PTI would announce special incentives for the people the area.
