Lukas Schmidt ousts Kasper Dinesen in Men’s Singles first round at Turkiye International 2012

Germany’s upcoming player Lukas Schmidt found a good start in Men’s Singles first round when he crushed Denmark’s Kasper Dinesen in a completely dominating fashion at Turkiye International 2012 on Thursday, December 20, in Turkey.

The in-form Schmidt, who is the second seed in Men’s Singles main round, played to his maximum speed and remained successful in defeating Kasper in a dominating manner while consuming 40 minutes in the arena.

German man was in his best form as he did not face any considerable trouble in maintaining his upper hand in the arena and remained successful in thrashing his Danish challenger in straight sets with a convincing margin.

In contrast, the un-seeded Kasper failed to put up strong show as he could not stop the progress of his in-form German rival at any stage of the match and managed to end up the battle in straight sets in straight sets without taking any set.

Schmidt performed remarkably well from the opening rallies of first set as he played with spectacular speed and took over the charge of rallies.

The second seeded German shuttler showed that he has achieved highest class skills in the arena and remained successful in taking a strong domination on court.

Schmidt progressed with a terrific speed in the first part and remained in lead on score board until the interval.

The fight progressed in the same way after the one-minute break as Schmidt did not lose his commanding position on court.

Schmidt was quite calm and composed on court as he did not take pressure and won the opening game with a staggering difference of 21-14.

Kasper was again in trouble in the following set as he faced a punishing treatment from his challenger who was at his best in the arena.

Until the end of first half, the impressive Schmidt continued playing with control and variations and remained ahead on score board.

Kasper failed to show strong performance in the second game of this fight as his challenger Schmidt played better game and bagged the set with a staggering 21-17 margin on the board.

The in-form Schmidt eased into second round after defeating his Danish challengers in straight games with a striking total of 21-14 and 21-17.
