All India Senior Ranking Tournament: Nikhil Jangid ousts Rohit Bhaker in qualifying round clash

Nikhil Jangid, a talented player in India, continued playing positive badminton in Men’s Singles qualifying round and he easily toppled Rohit Bhaker to move into the next stage at All India Senior Ranking Badminton Tournament, which is in progress at Bangalore.

The impressive Nikhil, who is the fifth seed in Men’s Singles qualifying round draw, showed his staggering skills in the arena and remained successful in winning the battle in just 30 minutes.

Nikhil was at his best speed in the arena as he played with remarkable speed and precision in the arena and remained successful in winning this qualifying round contest in straight games with a comfortable margin of 21-15 and 21-15.

On the other hand, the lower ranked Rohit was not at his best as he committed many unforced errors that enabled his challenger to remain in control. He could not create any pressure on his higher ranked opponent and lost the match without snatching any game.

The incredible speed and powerful shots of Nikhil helped him to take control of the pace from the initial points of opening game.

Nikhil was quite quick in taking the bird timely and he did not encounter any problem in hitting his strokes in targeted areas.

The fifth seeded Nikhil stayed in dictating position all the way to establish a remarkable lead until the end of first part. He did not show any respect to his un-seeded challenger at any stage.

Rohit tried his best to play positive badminton but could not take control of the game and remained struggling in the concluding half.

Nikhil remained consistent in employing powerful shots in targeted areas and eventually took the first set with a sound score of 21-15.

The aggressive Nikhil did not lose his superiority at any stage in the starting half of second set as he played with control and precision.

Nikhil displayed his unmatched skills in the arena by picking the bird timely from all areas and kept his domination over his challenger.

In the second half of second game, the lofty Nikhil continued his smooth ride and easily bagged the game with a superb 21-15 total on the score board.
