Tai Tzu Ying brushes aside Ayumi Mine in Women’s Singles clash in Djarum Superliga Badminton 2013

Chinese Taipei’s most celebrated player Tai Tzu Ying played to her maximum potential and registered her supremacy in the arena by defeating Japan’s Ayumi Mine in Women’s Singles match at Djarum Superliga Badminton 2013 on Friday, February 8, in Indonesia.

Taipei lady, who is representing PB Djarum Badminton Club in this championship, did not show any sign of pressure in the arena and she remained successful in crushing Ayumi, who is playing from Renesas Badminton Club Japan.

Tzu Ying started her campaign against her Japanese challenger in a confident manner and she remained successful in grabbing a comprehensive victory in straight games with a convincing margin of 21-17 and 21-15 in just 30 minutes.

Ayumi, on the other hand, gave a good resistance in the opening game but failed to live up to expectations as the match progressed. She lost her focus and also failed to match the speed of rallies ending up in losing the match in straight sets.

The unmatched speed and powerful strokes of Tzu Ying helped her to take charge of the pace from the starting points of opening game.

The tempo of the rallies was very fast in opening game and Tzu Ying impressed local fans with her lofty craft.

It was Tzu Ying who showed no respect to her passionate opponent in the starting half and grabbed a spectacular lead in the game.

The contest proceeded in the same way after the one-minute interval as Tzu Ying did not lose her control on court.

Tzu Ying remained consistent in executing powerful shots in targeted areas and eventually bagged the first game with a reasonable 21-17 score on the board.

Things were not much different in the second set of this entertaining fight as Tzu Ying played in the similar aggressive way.

The in-form Tzu Ying impressed the crowd with her unmatched craft that helped her to maintain pressure on her challenger who failed to find good rhythm.

Taipei lady was composed and positive on court in the ending points of second set and bagged the second set with a convincing 21-15 margin on the board.
