Syed Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, the dewan of Ajmer Sharif, said Ashraf’s visit is a dishonour to families of slain Indian soldiers.
“I will not welcome or be present during his (Pakistan PM Raja Parvez Ashraf) visit to the Dargah,” Khan said.
“It will be a dishonour to the families of the Indian soldiers who were beheaded by their (Pakistan) army,” he added.
The Dargah head also said that he had not done any paper work to organise passes for Ashraf’s family.
“I have not done the paper work to organise passes for his family (Pakistan PM). They should bring back the heads of our jawans,” he said.
The Foreign Ministry said in Islamabad on Thursday that the Prime Minister will pay a day-long private visit to Ajmer Sharif on Saturday.
Indian media had earlier reported that the Indian Foreign Minister will host a luncheon for the Pakistani PM.
The PM will be accompanied by his family members.
