Rajiv Ouseph sends Eetu Heino packing in Men’s Singles quarter-final of Finnish Open 2013

The impressive Ouseph, who is the top seed in this championship, showed his class in the arena and remained successful in defeating his eighth seeded challenger in a decent manner in just 29 minutes.
Ouseph started the opening game in a dominating manner and took it easily however he had to put in extra effort in the second game and won the match with a reasonable 21-13 and 21-18 score on the board.
Meanwhile, the eighth seeded Eetu tried to play positive badminton in the opening game but he could not stop the aggression of his opponent. However, he played good badminton in the following set but not enough to avoid defeat from the hands of his English challenger.
The impressive speed and attacking play of Ouseph favoured him to take charge of the pace of rallies from the initial points of first game.
Ouseph showed that he has got top class skills on court and eventually successful in taking a strong domination in the arena.
The in-form Ouseph proceeded with a terrific speed in the starting half and remained in lead on score board until the interval. He did not face any considerable resistance from his local challenger.
Eetu tried to put up strong resistance but remained unable to take charge of rallies and remained trailing in the concluding half.
Ouseph remained consistent in employing powerful smashes in targeted areas and managed to bag the first set with a stunning 21-13 total on the score board.
In the second set, the impressive Ouseph played with stunning speed without leaving any room for Eetu to get a good rhythm.
The perfectly executed smashes and net killings kept Ouseph ahead of his challenger all the way until the one-minute break in second game.
Ouseph was calm and positive on court in the concluding points of second set and grabbed the second set with a stunning margin of 21-18.
