Australian Badminton Open: Angga Pratama-Ryan Agung Saputra penetrate into Men’s Doubles final

The second seeded Indonesian shuttlers put up spectacular who of their top quality skills and outwitted Korea’s Dae Eun Kim and Baek Choel Shin in the semi-final clash of Saturday, April 6, in Australia.
Angga and Ryan, who remained unbeaten throughout the championship, stayed on the right track as they did not show any mercy to their un-seeded Korean rivals in the semi-final battle and easily won it by consuming just 26 minutes.
On the contrary, the lower ranked Dae Eun and Baek Choel tried to put up strong show but they failed to put up strong defence against the fierce and attacking play of their Indonesian rivals. They easily bowed down in two sets without even getting close on the board.
In the starting game, the aggressive Angga and Ryan delivered an unmatched show on court as they played powerful shots with a wonderful touch of deception from opening rallies.
The top quality skills and tricky game plan helped Angga and Ryan to put their Korean rivals in all sorts of problem on court. Until the mid-game break, the aggressive Indonesian shuttlers managed to stay miles ahead on the score board.
The confused Dae Eun and Baek Choel failed to play positive game after the one-minute interval and they also lost their focus and control over the pace of rallies.
Angga and Ryan did not slow down the pace of the game at any stage and comfortably clinched the first set with a one-sided 21-9 margin on the board.
Things were almost similar in the second game of this interesting fight as Angga and Ryan played in the same aggressive manner.
Until the one-minute break, the impressive Angga and Ryan remained consistent in playing with command and variations and remained ahead on the board.
The passionate Indonesian duo continued putting up remarkable show in the concluding part of second set and remained successful in winning it comprehensively with a comfortable total of 21-14.
