Imran Khan invites Nawaz Sharif for TV debate
Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 3:20:07 by Tahir KhanChairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Tuesday again invited PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif for a TV debate that will enable the people to choose leaders in the May 11 elections.
Addressing a rally in Renala Khurd he said that world leaders appear on TV for debates but the practice has never been adopted in Pakistan.
“Nawaz Sharif is a little bit reluctant and is avoiding debate,” he said.
“I gain challenge Mian Sahib to come and debate with me,” Khan said.
He accused the PML-N chief of having an understanding with the PPP for rotation of their rule.
The PTI chief said that a new Pakistan is emerging and the people of Pakistan will celebrate on the evening of May 11. He said that his government will end the system of discrimination and will ensure equal justice to everyone.
Khan said that he will end the ‘thana and patwari’ system as the people are fed up with this system.
He said that if voted to power in the general elections‚ his party would resolve the energy crisis within the next 2.5 years.
Khan asked the youth of the country to come forward and convince all including their elders to make a new Pakistan where justice would prevail to all.
He said PML-N stayed with PPP government for 3 years and now they are criticizing Zardari.
He said no one is above the law and the former President Pervez Musharraf has to face the law.
He claimed that PTI is gaining popularity day by day which has frightened Sharif brothers.
