Imran asks Zardari to disclose source of income

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Wednesday asked President Asif Ali Zardari to disclose source of income he has accumulated after marriage with Benazir Bhutto.

Addressing rallies in Jaccobabad in Sindh and Sibbi and Loralai in Balochistan, he said Zardari had no money before his marriage but now he is a wealthy person.

He said that his party does not believe in personal attack on opponents, but agenda debate between the political party leadership is a democratic tradition, which has been followed in all democratic societies including western countries.

He said that he has invited Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Nawaz Sharif for agenda debate to aware the people about the party manifesto, which is according to the democratic norms.

Imran Khan said that PTI has condemned the terrorist attacks, which had caused killings of innocent people.

Imran said that he has offered the mediation to solve the matters with Taliban through dialogue, but ruling elite of past government was not serious about my offer”.

Imran said that still his party believes in negotiation and political solutions of violence and terrorism lies in negotiation with the militants, instead of using military operation against them.

“We condemn the violence against any political party and their workers.”

Meanwhile talking to a private TV channel, the Chairman PTI said that his party would improve education, health and police system after coming to power.

Replying to a question, he said that youth of the country would bring revolution in the coming elections.

Khan said the people would celebrate a “new Pakistan” on May 11 after voting for the PTI. His party would bestow basic rights to the people after coming to power, he added.

Replying to another question, Imran Khan said that only honest leadership can bring the change and eradicate corruption from the society.

Imran Khan said that his election campaign would get more momentum near the election days and last show of PTI would take place in Islamabad.
