Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, administered the oath to the PTI chief.
The PTI chief could not take oath on June 1 along with other members of the National Assembly owing to his ailment.

Later, Khan, whose party has emerged as the second most vote-winning party in the recent polls, spent almost a month at the Shaukat Khannum Memoral Hospital recovering from his injuries.
Khan then arrived in Islamabad on June 13 after doctors at SKMH discharged him from the hospital and cleared him for travelling.
Imran Khan had posted a tweet, confirming that he would be taking oath in National Assembly on June 19 and that he would unveil his party’s policy regarding burning issues including education and energy.
“My address to the Lower House of Parliament will lay out PTI’s policy on crucial national issues and how the KPK government will be a role model of clean and efficient governance,” Khan tweeted to his fans and the followers.
