The sending process of ballot papers to Punjab and Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa assemblies is in progress.
Ballot papers contain names of PML-N candidate Mamnoon Hussain and Wajiuddin Ahmed of PTI.
Polling will be held on July 30.
The parliament and provincial assemblies’ sessions have been summoned.
The PPP says its members will stay away from the sessions and will explain why it boycotted in a next session of the National Assembly.
Meanwhile Information Secretary Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Senator Mushahid Ullah has termed the presidential election’s boycott by Pakistan People’s Party as an effort to make the courts controversial.
Mushahid Ullah said PPP knows that corruption cases of its leadership will be decided in the courts‚ so the party thought to blame the courts as controversial.
