US, UN and Russia to talk about Syria on Nov 5

American and Russian officials will be meeting up with the UN representatives on November 5 in order to step up the process of having peace in Syria.

Martin Nesirky, a UN spokesman, stated that the Russian and American officials will be meeting up with other members of the UN Security Council: Britain, France and China.

United States is currently in Syria’s opposition while Russia is supporting Bashar Assad’s government. The two parties are going to be a part of the Geneva conference alongside UN and Brahimi.

It is reported that Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon will set the date for the conferences himself.
