1 dead in Karachi grenade attack

Reports from Karachi state that an unknown man threw a grenade in a market area of the city and a child was found dead in the aftermath.
The market is near to the Civil Hospital, Karachi, and the child’s dead body was taken to the same hospital for formalities.
The incident caused a lot of havoc and reports suggest that vehicles were damaged after the explosion.
