Tuesday, October 29th, 2013 2:23:41 by Ahmad MehdiThe Islamabad High Court has once again barred acting PCB chairman Najam Sethi from handling the day to day affairs of the board. The verdict was given against the caretaker chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, during a contempt of court hearing.
The ruling, made by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, also suspended the interim management committee which was recently formed to oversee the PCB affair. It is understood that notices were also issued to its members.
The court also formed a committee, headed by Justice(r) Munir Shaikh, to oversee the elections of PCB which are to be held in November. Till that time, the affair of the PCB will be handled by the Secretary PCB.
