Quetta rocked by a bomb blast; Two injured

Quetta has been rocked by another blast, which reportedly occurred at a vacant house located near the Eastern Bypass. No causalities have been confirmed so far but according to the police, six rooms of the house have been destroyed. The law enforcement agencies have arrested two men in relation to the blast, one of which is believed to be a teenager.

Although the police haven’t revealed any information about the injured, according to non-official sources, two people sustained injuries. According to officials, the bomb was planted in a bicycle which has also been destroyed. It is believed that 20 kg explosive was used for the blast.

Police also found three bags of suspected bomb-making chemical, four receivers of remote control, six batteries and two kg explosives and the initial investigations point to the fact that this house was being used a bomb making site by the terrorists.
