SIU apprehends gangster and his aides after raid in North Karachi

According to Geo News, a gang leader and two of his men were apprehended by the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) after a raid was conducted in an apartment in North Karachi.

Mohammad Farooq Awan, the SSP SIU also confirmed the raid, stating that a gangster and his aides who were involved in petrol pump robberies and attacks were arrested in the raid.

The SSP further shared that intelligence gathered from CCTV recordings from the looted pumps helped the team narrow down the suspects and identify them.

At the time of arrest, the gangsters had a grenade, four pistols and two repeaters.
