Bakhtawar Reveals Benazir Was to Make Talpur the Prime Minister

The assassination of Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto came as a shock to not only the supporters of the Pakistan’s Peoples’ Party; but in fact the world. The whole Pakistani community also mourned the death of Benazir because she was a leader who everyone could look up to. This was the reason why she was asked to lead her party so she could become the president or Prime Minister of Pakistan.

However, it was recently disclosed by Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari through her Twitter account that Benazir Bhutto was planning to make Faryal Talpur as the Prime Minister of the country. However, she believes this was only possible if the bar on the third time prime minister was not lifted.

While talking about Faryal Talpur and what Benazir had to say about it, Bakhtawar Bhutto wrote in her Twitter account: “….Had they not lifted bar for 3rd time PM my mother was going to make her PM.”

She also talked about how Benazir was the one who decided to bring Faryal Talpur into politics. On another occasion Bakhtawar said on her Twitter account: “Actually, it was my mother who brought my aunt into politics. She even made me intern with her when she was Nazim.”
