According to a statement made by Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Yasin Malik, his wife and his 1½ year old daughter were in Delhi on Sunday and asked to book two rooms in a hotel situation near Nizamuddin. However, despite paying the rent for the room, they were still by the management to leave the hotel around midnight.

The statement released by the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front stated,
“If Delhi gets upset due to our presence there, it should formally introduce a law that could prevent the people of Kashmir from visiting the national capital. Only due to the person’s political ideology, he was thrown out of the hotel along with his family. Such action cannot be legitimized at any level.”
