Six Killed After Exchange of Fire in Quetta

The two groups were involved in a cross fire where there were militants, military and the police forces involved. During the scene six people died including FC personnel and five people who were later labelled to be terrorists. This incident was reported on Thursday after all six people lost their lives in a nearby hospital.
Reports claim that the FC troops were assembling themselves in order to run an operation in Pat Feeder area on Thursday. During the process a few unknown men showed up with arms and decided to threaten the FC troops. However the threats soon became a war of words and later both the parties were caught in a cross fire. Two FC troop members, including Gul Marjan, sustained injuries. While Gul Marjan lost his life, the other was injured and later recovered in a nearby hospital.
On the other hand, five of the miscreants were also killed in the exchange of fire. It is being reported that after the operation was over, huge quantity of heavy loaded weapons were recovered. The FIR of this whole scenario has been logged in at a nearby police station.
