Lahore Car Crash Sees 2 Dead 3 Injured
Sunday, December 22nd, 2013 3:03:02 by Ahmad MehdiIt was reported from Lahore that a young driver crashed his car on to an electric pole near the Akbar Chowk Town area. This left the people sitting in the front dead and the three sitting behind them are currently injured.
The accident took place on Sunday afternoon when the traffic was at its peak. This problem has grown in the current generation as they tend to drive their cars really fast and it causes them to lose their lives. A similar incident was recorded in Islamabad a few days back. Five girls were driving home from their college and they overturned their cars on Agha Shahi Avenue.
According to the police, there were five people sitting in the car that crashed in Lahore on Sunday afternoon. They claim that the car was travelling from Akbar Chowk Town to Jinnah Hospital and due to the rainfall, the car slipped and collided with the electricity pole. As a result, all the boys who were sitting in the car were badly injured.
All the five boys were rushed to the hospital in order to receive treatment. However, two of these boys could not make it and lost their lives. The two deceased were identified as Shoaib Ali and Rehman Haneef.
On the other hand, Rizwan, Hassan and Hussain were the ones who survived. Recently it was reported that they are out of danger.
