Barca Makes a Comeback to Win Against Getafe

Barcelona were to face Getafe in the Spanish La Liga over the weekend. The Catalan giants had the chance to move back to the top of the table after Atletico Madrid won their La Liga fixture over the weekend.

La Blaugrana started off really slow as they conceded two goals early in the first half. However, the young Spanish winger, Pedro Rodriguez, showed why he is always in the starting line-up of the Catalan giants and scored a hat-trick to put his side back on winning ways.

After the first half ended, the two teams restarted the game in the second half. However, this time Barcelona did not make it easy for the home team. The Catalan giants kept on attacking to improve their advantage and soon it was Cesc Fabrgas who scored for Barcelona in order to make the score-line 4-2.

Later during the game, Pedro Rodriguez was once again involved in another goal. The Spanish winger received the ball inside the penalty area and was fouled by the Getafe defender. The referee pointed to the spot and gave a penalty to Barcelona. Cesc Fabregas stepped up to complete his brace and make the final score line 5-2 for La Blaugrana.
