Nawaz Sharif Visits Martyrs’ Monument in Quetta

It was reported from Quetta that the current Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, laid floral wreath on the martyrs’ monument in order to pay tribute to them.

Other people who were also present on the occasion included the chief minister Dr Abdul Malik, Governor Balochistan, Mohammad Khan Achakzai, Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan and the Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Shareef.

First the Prime Minister offered Fatiha for the martyrs and then paid a rich tribute to the ones who sacrificed their lives in order to bring peace and prosperity into the country by eliminating terrorism.

Sources claim that while the Prime Minister is on his tour to Balochistan, he is going to have brief meetings with the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Dr Abdul Malik; and the Governor, Mohammad Khan Achakzai. Other political leaders are also expected to be present in these meetings.

Nawaz Sharif will also be holding a meeting which will touch the foundations of law and order situation in the province.

After holding meetings in Quetta, Nawaz Sharif is expected to go to Karachi where he is going to be a part of the Thar Coal Power Project.

He is also expected to review the law and order operations in Karachi.
