Roads in Karachi Blocked Due to Protest

It was reported from Karachi that the road from 2 Talwar Roundabout to the Pak Tower was blocked because of the ongoing protest led by Ahl E Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ). They have been protesting in front of the Iranian consulate and this is why the people who want to travel through the road are experiencing a big problem.
The basic reason to block the road was to provide security to every person who is currently a part of this protest. While addressing the press, ASP Clifton, Ebadat Nisar, stated that the police have secured the area by placing two containers on one end and another container on the other end.
The road from 2 Talwar to driving license Clifton Branch has also been blocked. All the people who reside in these areas have been asked to opt for an alternate route.
Ahl E Sunnat Wal Jamaat announced this week that they are going to stage a protest in front of the Iranian consulate. This is the reason why a huge mob has gathered around the 2 Talwar and Pak Tower area.
The organizing committee for this event has not explained when they are going to end this protest.
