Suspects Arrested in the Outskirts of Peshawar

Terrorism is one of the major crises in Pakistan amongst many others such as energy. However, the government is trying its best to get rid of the problem once and for all. This is the reason why they have asked the army, police forces, rangers and other law enforcing agencies to join hands in order to eradicate the problem once and for all.

The first anti-terrorism unit was deployed in Karachi since the problems in the city were rising every day. Several teams raided different places in the city in order to catch people who were practicing unlawful activities. This is why the city has seen several suspects under arrest over the past few months.

Now the same model is being applied to different cities of the country. Most recently, Peshawar was the city that managed to catch 25 suspects in the outskirts of the city. Police were randomly raiding different areas where the suspects could be found and they managed to catch 25 of them in a single raid.

Police sources claim that all these 25 suspects were carrying 8 pistols, 1 Kalashnikov and hundreds of ammunition.

The operation was carried out in Bhani Mari and the adjoining areas.
