Dacoits Killed in Encounter

It was recently reported from Lahore that three dacoits were killed after an alleged encounter with the police in the Johar Town area of the city.

Recently the Pakistani police have been on high alert. Since the peace talks with Taliban are at a crucial stage, there is a possibility that a particular incident might take place at any point in time. This is why the security forces have collaborated with other law enforcement agencies and the police force so that they can eradicate any unlawful activities that are taking place in the country.

This campaign started from Karachi but it has now continued throughout the country.

The most recent incident took place in Lahore where there were three motorbike riders who were suspected to be involved in a robbery. The police chased them down and they started open firing at them.

In retaliation, the Police also fired at them and killed all three of them. All three of the deceased have not been recognized. However, one of them is identified as Sajjad, who is a resident of the Mali Pura area of the city.

The bodies of all the three dacoits have been shifted to a nearby mortuary, where they are going to go through a post mortem.
