Cheap Smartphones Available with Introduction to 3G & 4G

Moody’s Investors Services claim that the auction which took place in Pakistan, selling 3G and 4G licenses to different telecom companies in the country, is going to improve the sales for several companies that are currently making phones which are loaded with this facility.

The organization claims that all these companies are definitely going to benefit from this upgrade; however, there should be smart phones which are a lot cheaper and they have this option loaded.

Pakistan currently has several mobile users who can benefit from this upgrade. This is the reason why these companies are going to earn high profits after they have managed to buy licenses for both, 3G and 4G, services.

Telenor and Ufone have obtained 5MHz of 3G spectrum while Zong managed to obtain a 10MHz of 3G spectrum and a 10MHz of 4G spectrum. This is how they managed to become the first organization that is going to sell 4G services in the country.

While talking about the overall situation, Moody’s Investors Services said, “We expect Mobilink to benefit from the increased data revenues as subscribers shift to 3G services. The ongoing migration to 3G services will also be fuelled by the proliferation of more affordable smartphones.”
