PM’s India visit Lauded

 Prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s visit to India to attend the oath taking ceremony of the newly elected Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi shows positive signs towards the Pakistan India relationship.

The Indo-Pak Chambers of Commerce President S M Muneer had said that the PM’s participation in the oath taking ceremony the newly elected Indian PM is a good omen for trade and commerce in South Aisa.  He said that the PM’s visit is a new beginning towards economics cooperation among the SAARC countries.  Improvement in Pakistan and India’s relation can result in improvement in trade through out the Asia region.

Pakistan’s importance in South Asia cannot be ignored. These two neighboring countries can work together Pakistan and India can work together to resolves issues like poverty and unemployment in the SA region.

He further said that Pakistan’s bold step to visit India is a first in the region and it shows that Pakistan wants to maintain peace, work together and resolve all the issues not through war but through dialogue.
