Insurgents seize a border post in Lugansk

Fighting in the Lugansk area, very close to the Russian border, began at dawn when the insurgents, who do not recognize the central government launched an attack with rocket-propelled grenades, mortars and bazocas against a post of the Ukrainian border guard.
