3 policemen raped a woman at a police station in northern India

The violation occurred on early Wednesday, in the district of Hamirpur, when the woman went yet again to the police station to request to allow her to speak to her husband.
At one in the morning the victim met with the local police officer, Rahul Pandey, to ask the arrest of her husband, and after asking to wait, she was raped by two other officers for two hours, then drag a corner. The police released the woman after her husband protest after three hours, however, threatened her not to complain about the incident.
“There has been a case of rape against policemen in the police station,” Virendra Kumar Shekhar told local daily Hindustan Times, which reported that the Pandey was arrested and the two other officers fled. “We have given protection to women and we are doing everything we can to capture the two fugitives,” said the superintendent of Hamirpur, Shekhar, in a statement.
This rape in Uttar Pradesh comes amid a flurry of allegations of sexual abuse in the region. Another young woman, aged 16, has appeared this morning hanged on a tree outside his village of Rajpura in the state of Punjab, after disappearing last night when her family went to a wedding and left her alone in the home, according to police sources explained to the local agency IANS. This teen is the fourth victim in the past two weeks, according to the BBC account.
In the Indian capital police also reported gang rape of a 25 years inside of a moving car, according to the Hindustan Times; while in the state of Tamil Nadu, in southern India, has denounced the sexual abuse of two girls.
The children, aged 13 and 10 years, were captured in a dorm by a stranger, who took them to a nearby building where he abused them until the girls screams alerted neighbors.
In late May, two cousins, ages 14 and 15, were also raped and hanged on a tree by a group of men, after leaving the field for lack of toilet at home, a case that sparked protests across the country.
This crime had a wide international repercussions generated intense controversy over allegations of police inaction, so the participation of a member of the Police Force in the crime.
Reports of sexual assualt occur in India every day in the media, due to the awareness created by the gang rape and murder of a college student in New Delhi on December 16, 2012.
